At Havyasi.com, we want to get your crafting supplies and DIY kits into your hands as safely and quickly as possible.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package. Estimated delivery times generally range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your destination within India.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
4. DAMAGED GOODS
If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us at support@havyasi.com immediately with photos so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
